- Does it track installer accreditation and electrical licences?
- Yes. Each installer's electrical licence and solar accreditation is held with its expiry date, and you're warned before one runs out. Turn on the compliance gate and a worker who doesn't hold the right accreditation can't be dispatched to a job that needs it. This checks the configured ticket records; it does not verify rebate eligibility or every electrical licensing obligation.
- Can I keep the design, photos and meter details on the job?
- Yes. Attach the system design, roof and switchboard photos, string layout and meter details to the job for the install crew and customer. Your team must check that the evidence meets the requirements of any STC claim; storing attachments does not validate that claim.
- Can I track panels, inverters and batteries across my vans?
