- You pay per user, so a five-person crew is $145 a month. Add or remove users any time and the bill follows - you're never paying for seats you don't use.
- Are there any add-ons?
- Optional add-ons: your own website, including a listing in the Tradescraft tradie directory ($29/mo). SMS texting to crew and customers is coming soon.
- What does the $29/month website include?
- A clean, mobile-ready website you build and publish yourself, plus a listing in the Tradescraft tradie directory (tradies.tradescraft.app) so customers searching for your trade in their area can find you. Enquiries from both land in your enquiry list. There's no web developer and no separate hosting bill.
- Is there a contract or lock-in?
- No. It's month to month, billed in AUD, and you can cancel any time.
- Is GST included in the price?
- Yes - $29 is inclusive of GST for Australian and New Zealand businesses, and your own invoices carry your ABN or NZBN and GST automatically.
- Do I have to talk to sales or sit through a demo?
- No. The price is public and there's no 'contact sales' step - what you see is what you pay.
