- $29 per user, per month, in AUD (inc GST). Every feature is on the one plan - no tiers, and no caps on jobs, customers or sites.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access, and you don't need a card to begin - you only add payment details if you decide to keep going. During the private beta you request access first, and your trial starts once you're in.
- What does a whole team pay?
- You pay per user, so a five-person crew is $145 a month. Add or remove users any time and the bill follows - you're never paying for seats you don't use.
- Are there any add-ons?
- Optional add-ons: your own website, including a listing in the Tradescraft tradie directory ($29/mo). SMS texting to crew and customers is coming soon.
- What does the $29/month website include?
- A clean, mobile-ready website you build and publish yourself, plus a listing in the Tradescraft tradie directory (tradies.tradescraft.app) so customers searching for your trade in their area can find you. Enquiries from your website's contact form land in your enquiry list. There's no web developer and no separate hosting bill.
- Is there a contract or lock-in?
- No. It's month to month, billed in AUD, and you can cancel any time.
- Is GST included in the price?
- Yes - the $29 is in AUD and inclusive of GST. Your own invoices to your customers carry your ABN or NZBN and the right GST automatically.
- Do I have to talk to sales or sit through a demo?
- No. The price is public and there's no 'contact sales' step - what you see is what you pay.
