- Can I show the customer before-and-after photos?
- Photos attach straight to the job, so the before-and-after shots of a garden build live on the record. You can show the customer the finished result and keep it as proof of the work for later.
- How does it handle a crew working across several sites in a day?
- The map shows the latest GPS positions of workers who share their location, alongside job and site locations. Compare nearby crew, check their schedule and qualifications, then choose who to dispatch. A nearby position does not establish availability.
- Can I invoice a maintenance round and a one-off build differently?
- Yes. A one-off build can be quoted and invoiced as a scope of works, while a recurring round is invoiced each cycle - both with your ABN, GST and bank details filled in, both payable by card from a link.
