The Tradescraft operations hub is the screen you run the day from. A live map shows where every crew is and which sites they're near, and alongside it sit the jobs coming up, the enquiries just in, and a feed of what's happening across the business.

The map is the home screen. Every job, quote and enquiry sits on it, and so does each crew member, their position refreshing through the day. Tap any pin to see the detail, call or email the customer in a tap, send the nearest hand, or pull up driving directions to site - without ever leaving the map.
Every job, quote and crew on one live map
When you open Tradescraft, this is what you see. Every job, quote, enquiry, customer site and supplier is pinned where it actually is, and every crew member shows up as a dot that updates through the day as new GPS pings land - no refreshing, no guessing where anyone is. Pins are colour-coded so jobs, quotes and enquiries read apart at a glance, and the chips along the top let you switch each layer on or off. Where a few jobs sit on the same street they fold into one numbered bubble so the map stays clean, and they spread back out as you zoom in. The search box up top finds any site by name, or jumps straight to a set of coordinates.
Tap a pin to call or email the customer on the spot
Tap any pin and its details open right there on the map. For a new enquiry that's the caller, what they need and where - with their phone and email each sitting beside one-tap buttons: ring them, open a ready-to-send email, or copy the number or address to paste anywhere. From the same card you can send the nearest hand or trace the drive from your yard to site, so you reach the customer and book the work without ever leaving the map.

- Yes. New enquiries and jobs appear as they happen, and crew positions refresh on the map every few minutes as new GPS pings come in, so the screen keeps up with the day without a refresh.

- Search by site name or drop in coordinates and the map jumps straight to it, so you can pull up a customer's location without scrolling around.
