- A live map of customer sites and records, recent positions from crew who share location, the jobs coming up, the enquiries just in, and a feed of recent activity.
- Does the map help me decide who to send?
- Yes. For workers with a recent shared location, the map shows who's nearest by distance. The schedule board then shows who is free before you book the job.
- Does the operations hub update live?
- Yes. New enquiries and jobs appear as they happen, and crew positions refresh on the map every few minutes as new GPS pings come in, so the screen keeps up with the day without a refresh.
- Can I find a site quickly on the map?
- Search by site name or drop in coordinates and the map jumps straight to it, so you can pull up a customer's location without scrolling around.
