- Does it track installer security licences?
- Yes. Each installer's security licence is held with its expiry date, and you're warned before it runs out. Turn on the compliance gate and an installer without a current licence can't be dispatched to a job that needs one. The check depends on the required tickets and current records entered; it does not verify every licensing obligation.
- Can I run both installs and monitored-service contracts?
- Yes. A new install is quoted and run as a job, while a recurring service or monitoring check is set to repeat on the contract schedule and created automatically. Both live on the same system, so nothing slips between the install team and the service round.
- Can I track equipment by serial?
- Panels, sensors, cameras and access readers are tracked across the van and store as movements, and the serials sit on the job, so you know exactly what went in where - which matters when you go back to service or warranty it.
- Can I dispatch the nearest installer to a callout?
- The map shows the latest GPS positions of workers who share their location, alongside job and site locations. Compare nearby crew, check their schedule and qualifications, then choose who to dispatch. A nearby position does not establish availability.
