Subscribe your phone's calendar to your jobs and see the day where you already look.
The schedule lives in Tradescraft, but the crew live in their phone calendar. Every worker can create a private subscribe link that puts their own jobs into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, and the office can create a tenant-wide link that shows every appointment.
Your run, in the calendar you already use
- Each worker creates their own subscribe link and adds it once to the calendar app on their phone or laptop.
- Only the jobs dispatched to that worker appear in their feed.
- The calendar refreshes on its own, so a reschedule in the office shows up without anyone re-sending anything.
One view for the office
- An admin can create a separate office-wide link that carries every appointment, not just one person's.
- Useful for a wall-mounted display or a shared calendar the whole team can glance at.
You stay in control of the link
- A link is a private credential: rotate it and the old one stops working immediately.
- A worker who leaves the business loses their feed straight away.
- Nothing is shared publicly - a link only works for whoever holds it.
Common questions
- Which calendar apps work?
- Anything that can subscribe to a calendar URL, which covers Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook and most others. You add the link once and the app keeps it up to date.
- Does the crew see everyone's jobs?
- No. A worker's feed carries only the appointments they are dispatched to. The office link is a separate, admin-only link for anyone who needs the whole picture.
- Can I two-way sync with Google or Microsoft?
- Not yet. The subscribe feed is live now and is read-only, which means nothing in your calendar can move a job by accident. Two-way sync with Google and Microsoft calendars is coming.
- What if a link gets out?
- Rotate it. The old link stops working the moment you do, and you add the new one to your calendar app.
